1.) Send me a note with a link to your deviation. (I will ONLY accept notes)
2.) Do NOT send me notes to other members/non-members' deviations with the intention of submittting them!
3.) ALL submissions MUST have Luigi in them (duh)
4.) No Anti-Luigi artwok or ANY ridiculous fan pairings! At least use a fan-pairing that actually HAS evidence, like LuigixDaisy.
